Healing Leads To Happiness

"Get well soon", "Take your time", "Time heals everything"- these are some of those phrases, we all get to listen at some point of time in our lives and is connected with the healing power.
Giving this term a proper definition, Healing is a kind of a flow in which our health is restored, and by health here, I mean physical as well as mental.


DO WE REALLY NEED THE POWER OF HEALING?


We need healing because of our pain- real pain. Some people walk around in physical pain all the time, ignoring it, dealing with it or too busy to take care of it. Others are in emotional distress, chronic stress, depression- sometimes unexpressed. These are those symptoms of your own spirit knocking on your subconscious mind and saying "Hellooo! Something is out of balance in here."

Whenever we are ill, we need some kind of supplementary diet over and above the normal diet that will assist us back on track. Similarly, to have a peaceful life, we need to look after physical, psychological and spiritual aspects.

Our goal need to be less preoccupied with our physical condition, and be a little more preoccupied with our spiritual condition.

So yeah! We all need the healing for ourselves, by one way or the other.

HOW TO ENHANCE THE POWER OF HEALING?


It just occurred to me that many people are actually afraid to heal because their entire identity is centered around the trauma they've experienced. They have no idea about who they are outside of trauma and that unknown can be terrifying.
It is not healthy for us to allow oneself to be walked over, used or treated badly, or to remain physically damaged.

Coming out of a damaged stage is necessary, for both, physical being and inner health. 

Everything around you as well as within you, has its own power for your healing. You just have to trust and be little patient with the healing power of nature, time, music, art... and yourself.

➩ Hold yourself accountable for your condition- and there starts the process of your healing.
➩ Create awareness inside you by asking to yourself: "What is my body telling me?", "What am I really feeling?", "How can I help myself with it?"
➩ Forgive yourself for not knowing better at the time. Forgive yourself for giving away your power. Forgive yourself for your past behaviors. Forgive yourself for the survival patterns and traits you picked.
➩ Release emotional turbulence that no longer serves you.
➩ Take care of yourself.

HEALING POWER WITHIN US 


Sometimes, we can benefit from outside help and at other times, we need to draw on the additional support that can come from within- deep within- from our most genuine self.

When people think of "health", they tend to think only about the body, but a Health Hero knows that your mind is your greatest power.
